u cld try gamestop last time i checked they had alot of gba games hope this helps

I get mine from EB Games, Ebay, Amazon, any of the big retails mostly...huge collecter of GBA games as I own the 2 your looking for and about 698 more, I believe about all are CIB (maybe a few dozens are loose) as I'm really big on that if I buy them, no for a complete collection in the USA i'm about 500+ short...but working on it.

Go to Gamestop (or EB Games), Best Buy... well pretty much any place that sells electronical things.
