December 18th Best Buy - Are you going?

So who will be camping at Best Buy on the 18th? I might end up going sometime, anywhere from 7pm on saturday to right before opening on sunday. I'll update when I come to a decision. If I do go, I will be at store #271 in Mayfield Heights (30 xbox 360's) or store #168 in Mentor (26 xbox 360's).

Will you be going? If so, which stores, and when? What are you bringing?

Tommorow if I get around to it maybe I'll make a quick script to organize this.

I am thinking about it, but I am not big on standing outside for hours in the cold for one. I'm in Toledo here, and I remember lauch the BB's were packed at like 9-10pm 11/21. I am wondering if the website will be selling them early in the morning by some off chance. I will be taking my chances there if so.

If I do decide to go to BB it will prob be like 4-5am or so to check on the lines, most likely going to be chaos as I am sure alot of people know about it by now. Most people I have encountered during my hunt say they use the forums all the time to track one down.. People talk and don't forget the almighty cell phone...

I am going at closing time on the 17th (11:00 PM) and staying until open time the 18th, obviously.

I will be at the Best Buy in Great Northern Plaza in North Olmsted, OH.

If I had the extra money I would camp out at the Polaris BB, but all my money is going to bills right now. I have the 360 fully paid for at GS anyway.

I still havent decided what store I will go to either Newark, Wooster, or Canton. The next couple of days I will still do the normal call walmart in the morning and stop in after work deal. If nothing by Saturday its a all nighter at Best Buy. They are calling for cold temps this weekend in Ohio so I hope we all can stay warm.

I dont know where in the xbox.com forums it was posted. But there was some disscusion about 6AM on the 18th for bestbuy.com to be releasing units. I would think that unless you arent afraid of the cold, the website is the best option. But good luck to all who are willing to camp!!

I'm going to the BB in Easgate(36 Units) in Cincy. Gonna show up from 12AM-4AM on the 18th depending on what my parents say(I'm 14, don't flame). Going with a friend.

I dunno .. I might roll up to a store and hour or two before they open and check em out. I want a 360, but I'm not losing sleep over it. I figure I gotta spend $400 for a system, $60 for PD0, however much for a Live Gold account, etc etc just to play 1 game online. With Christmas being here, I can think of a bunch of other stuff to spend that on.

But I still want a 360 lol.

I live near you Muffinos .. I'd be at one of those 2 stores, or maybe the one on Brookpark Rd in Parma (I think they're getting 40 of em, but it's a busy area)

I will be at the BestBuy in Cuyahoga Falls, OH at 10-11pm on the 17th and I'm going to wait over night. From all the research I've found on numerous sites, the BB im going to is supposed to get 36 units. Not sure how many premium's vrs core's. But I will only settle for a premium. Anyone else In the Akron, OH area going up there?

Wasn't gonna start a new thread but Circuit City.com just had some premiums up for sale...web only deals. Of course they are sold out now...hopefully some of you guys got lucky.

Just talked to a guy at Best Buy in Newark. He confirmed to me that they will be selling the 360's on Sunday morning. He urged me to get there very early as they were receiving several calls a day in regards to the sale. He was not sure if camping was allowed. (I'll call tomorrow and check back). Newarks Best Buy will be opening at 8:00am. I'm a night owl so I have no problem waiting all night.

Anyone else going to Newark? I'll bring the football.
