Crackdown Achievements

I've been working on getting some of the achievements in Crackdown, including the ones in the download/expansion. I'm having trouble getting the Confiscator achievement. I still need the Volk popular saloon, the Citizen baggage handler, and the Los Muertos slammed pickup. The first 2 I've read about where to find them, but the last one I have no idea how to find it. Any suggestions?

I could also use ideas on where to get some of the stunt achievements like the 6 sec air time, and the 200 ft jump.

Okay, I got the slammed pickup and the popular saloon. I found the baggage handler but I now think it's impossible to get. It's on the oil rig in the volk territory. Theres 2 there. I tried carrying both of them back but both ended up in the water. I blew them up so they'd spawn again and left. When I came back, they had spawned in the water again. I don't know what to do. They're just sitting there in the water, with the lights on and full health.
