On the C4 topic, i was just talking to someone about it and the reason he believes that it should NOT work is because "its a secondary explosive and it triggered by a spark cap (along those lines?)which it electric. "

The "spark cap" is covered by a heavy duty ass mutty putty stuff(RIP Billy Mays). Trust me dude, C4 works underwater. Everything is sealed. TRUST ME. There is all types of shows and books ive read/watched about scientist trying to increase blast effect of c4 underwater, and increase spark time pending on water pressure. The Brits got this shit called Pe4 they've been making for nothing but underwater use.

O yeah, and a lot of people dont know this, but C4 cant be ignited by a gunshot.
