For this achievement DO NOT use the batarang to blind the titans.
The simple tactic is to make one of the titans charge at you, dodging that and then progressing to attack the other titan whilst the stunned titan cannot attack you, just repeat this process, till the titans are knocked out.

later in the game u have to face 2 titans. u have to defeat 1 with out using any batarangs and u will get the chieve. in the same fight throw batarangs at the second one and then u will have a prompt to jump on his back. do so and run over 10 henchmen and u will also get the rodeo in the same battle.
i dont have them myself but i read a guide

To get the glider achievement go out to the courtyard where the big clock tower is and climb up as high as you get on it then glide down into the yard towards the two sniper towers as far as you can go. You should get the achievement. If your not sure what I mean RoosterTeeth did a vid for it on Youtube.
