Does anyone know how to kill the last person in Assassin's Creed without wasting any sync? I find it impossible to do so. Please help if you can, thank you.

Alright, i beat him. That actually wasn't TO hard, i guess, but whatever. Anyway I just got 99 flags in the Kingdom and i don't know which one i still need. GAHH!!!
