Assassin's Creed Flag finding Method(s)??

This user has posted one of his or her official Xbox America gamercards on another website.

Normally i wouldn't be asking so many questions about Assassin's Creed, but im borrowing it from a friend so i wanna finish it up. I just found exactly 99 flags in the kingdom and now i don't know which one i need. Is there some sort of flag locator or method i can use?
