I thought it might be my payment choice but I've tried a banking account, debit card, and credit card and it just keeps refreshing and I've tried two web browsers.. I can't even find a help desk number to call to ask it's just a help support page with questions and answers that I'm not asking or looking for...... anyone else had this problem?

I LOVE Amazon!
Non-featured sellers have a reputation % just like eBay has. You can look at their feedback and see how many positive and negative feedback they have. Usually I wouldn't buy from someone under 97% and everyone I've bought things from have shipped just as fast if not faster than Amazon it's self.
Plus Amazon has free Super Saver Shipping on most of the items if you spend 25+ which is great because most of the time you buy that much from them.
Plus, if you want a MS Points card code like 1600 points, as soon as you pay them they will give you a code you can either give a friend or put in on your Xbox. They also have a MP3 Downloader where you can purchase songs that you can throw on your iPod. Usually they have deals on Albums also.
It's a really good site to use........especially for books
