Red Dead, Blur, Dirt 1 n 2, Singularitys pretty good from what ive played so far. Not sure what ya like and there are about 100 different threads similar to this, but thats what ive been playin the last week.

It really is hard to recommend games, I personally rent everything unless its something that has me excited such as Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 or Halo Reach. I suggest trying all the super popular games out first them chipping your way in.
