3rd sawn off shotgun part in Max Payne 3

I was not able to find the 3rd sawn-off shotgun piece in Max Payne 3. It was the last piece I needed for the golden gun achievement. Even after looking online, it was not where it was supposed to be.

I found a lot of references online about this glitch, but no answers.

Everytime I would get to the spot where it was supposed to be I would kill everyone and then start searching, but it would not be there.

So one time I ran straight for the part without shooting anyone and the part was actually there. I was gunned down at this point but had already popped the achievement.
