Hey, I was going through digg.com and found a bunch of articles stating that Microsoft has sold 8 million 360's, and are scheduled to exceed their 10 million target by the end of 2006. I think that, in some weird way, this can actually be, at least partly, thanks to Sony. I noticed it at first on Black Friday, but retailers are really pushing the 360 in place of PS3 and Wii shortages. Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Circuit City and Target around here have huge 360 displays and decent deals since Thanksgiving heading through up until Christmas.

I'm glad to see MS moving ahead. With the limited amount of PS3's and other issues surrounding sony, I'm hoping that Nintendo will take 2nd!
