ff13 is more of a mix of turn based and real time, its hard to explain, as ur pickin the attack u want to que up u have a battle gauge that fills up and when it fills up to how many notches an attack costs u can execute it then or wait for the gauge to fill all the way where it executes ur qued attacks all at once. im not that big a fan of the FF games but 13s pretty fun
