CoD4 Map Pack releasing April 3rd

According to kotaku.com April 3rd will see the release date for the four new multiplayer maps for Call of Duty 4. This release will coincide with the release of the Game of the Year version which will include a token to download the maps, otherwise the maps will cost 800 MS points.

Given that Call of Duty 4 is my favorite shooter on the 360 (I know I think it's even better than Halo 3) I feel that when April 3rd rolls around I'll be paying 800 MS points for these maps.

I know I'll be picking them up. I'm obsessed with Rainbow Six Vegas right now, but I know I will have room for Call of Duty too. In my opinion, they mind as well be different genres because they play so differently. A tactical shooter like Vegas is so unlike a run-and-gun shooter like Call of Duty.

I think someone in my house will be picking them up. They look like a lot of fun. I'm not gonna have time to play CoD though with Rainbow Six Vegas 2 though. I can only play so many video games! I have this thing called a life.

I can't wait. The 2 I saw looked pretty good. I hope the others are just as good. I am growing tired of the same old maps. Especially wet works.
