AK Punk has it right, there was a pre-launch event somewhere in Arizona or California that gave out this achievement to those that attended. There is a similar one that was given out to employees of M$ that worked on the 360 project before it launched; can't remember what it's called.

It was an event that people could go to when they first previewed the Xbox 360 and very few people have it. A friend of mine Savior 420 has it if you want to look at it.
