(Football) dante culpepper - dude was a giant for a QB & there was nothin sneaky about his QB sneak
(Basketball) julius dr j irving - everybody's skill comes from MJ these days & MJ's skill comes from DR J the man could do it all
(Baseball) ken griffey jr - only baseball player i know
(Hokey) wayne gretzky - only hokey player i know
(Soccer) david becham - saw him in a movie one time
(Boxing) mike tyson - always had his opponents beat before they ever got in the ring....there fear of him would consume them so much that there game plan went completely out the window & mr tyson knew this
(MMA) alistair overeem - great offense perfect takedown defense & never losses his cool in the ring even when hes losing

Quote by The Snapple Cap:
I'd like to get a debate going, who do you think are the 6 most dominant athletes of all time, pick 1 for each sport (football basketball baseball hockey soccer and boxing.) and why you think that
(Football) Barry Sanders- the man had no line and still made it look easy. He had some of the most amazing runs ever. The defense knew he was getting the ball and still couldn't stop him.
(Baseball) Mariano Rivera- One pitch 600+ saves. When the batter knows what's coming and still can't hit it that's dominating. Also has 5 rings & the best post-season era of all time (0.76 I think). Runners up would be Mantle & Ruth.
(Basketball) MJ- I personally don't like him or the Bulls but I can't dispute the man's skills. I still cringe when I see that shot of him jumping up & basically putting his dick in Ehlo's face..
(Hockey) Patrick Roy- Best playoff goalie ever. Won 4 Stanley cups including 1 over Gretsky's Kings.
(Soccer) Hope Solo- just because she's smokin hot & I don't watch much soccer.
(Boxing) Mike Tyson- he was the most dominant of his time & I haven't seen too much of the old school guys (unfortunately). I know Ali, Foreman ,Frazier, Louis & Marciano were all really good but I don't think their opponents were ever actually frightened when they got in the ring.

Big P... Dante Culpepper? lol C'mon man!!!! That dude tanked out so bad I almost feel bad for him.
But he was beast back when he had Moss... but after that injury in 2005... shit rolled down hill big time.
But for me....
(Football) - Barry Sanders. Like BeaverHunter said, he had some of the best runs ever. The D knew he was getting the ball... but there was nothing they could do. 10x Pro Bowler, 10x All Pro, 4x NFL Rushing Champ, and he is just the most elusive running back of all time.
(Baseball) - Willie Mays. This was tough. So many good baseball players out there
. But Willie Wins for me. 24x all star, 12 Gold Gloves, 3000 hit club + 600 home run club. He was just a beast.
(Basketball) - Michael Jordan. No explanation needed here.
(Hockey) - Gordie Howe. 20 straight seasons with 70+ points. Dude pkayed till he was 52, even played with his kids on the same team. Beast. 23x All star, 4 lord stanleys. Just a great a player plain and simple.
(Soccer) - I dont know... lol
(Boxing) - Floyd Mayweahter Jr. I know people are going to hate this lol. But the dude is simply dominant. He hasn't lost. 43 wins, 0 losses, He has like 8 or 9 titles. The whole "he fights no names" defense is trash. Look at Tyson, Ali, anybody who is considered the best. Look at their fight list.... its full of people who you have no clue who they are and only like a hand full of big names. Its how boxing is.

Hockey-Martin Brodeur-Rings,trophies,allstars,stats,and records.I would put gretzky but his stats are so inflated because of how the Goalies played and the team he was with.i could have scored 60 goals a year in the nhl back then with the oilers.
Football-Tom Brady-when he retires he will have top 5 stats, the Rings, and the trophies
Baseball-Willie Mays-The Stats say it all
Basketball-wilt chamberlain- toughest choice for me between Chamberlain,Jordan, and Russel
Soccer-not a sport, but a place for actors to fall over and grab the wrong leg.
Boxing-Mohammed Ali

^^^ I was thinking of Brodeur too, he does have better stats than Roy but I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Football: Barry Sanders - It would just be more of the same stuff Beaver and Detriot wrote..
Baseball: Nolan Ryan - All time strikeout leader, 7 no hitters and didnt play for too great of teams
Basketball: Magic Johnson - Hard not to pick MJ, but Magic could do it all and played all positions. Both had great teams, but Magic could probably average a triple double if he chose.
Soccer: Lionel Messi - He is unbelievable!! I mean 72 goal through all compitions this year. Best player in the world and such a treat to watch.
Boxing: Jack Dempsey - Just cuz he is a great uncle to my wife, but a damn good boxer for his time.
Hockey: Wayne Gretzky - The Great One. He changed everything

football - jerry rice i can't believe it took so long for him to even be brought up. seriously he has so many records and was just unguardable receiver.
basketball - michael jordan dude was the GOAT, he did everything and was mr. clutch.
baseball - babe ruth lol
hockey - gretzky
soccer - messi he's a fucking animal
boxing - mayweather is undefeated and is a monster. he's probably the best ring general of all time

Ok, no more Bo jokes! Lol
Football- For some reason when I think dominant in football, I go with defense, so L.T. is my pick. Unstoppable in his prime.
Honorable mention- Barry Sanders and Joe Montana
Baseball- Tough one here, but I have to go with Joe DiMaggio. 56 game hitting streak? GTFO!
Honorable mention- Babe and Nolan Ryan
Basketball- Not as tough for me here. Sorry His Airness, Wilt is number one. Anyone that scores 100 in a game is the definition of dominant.
Honorable mention- Shaq and MJ
Hockey- I'm going with Gordie here in a complete toss up.
Honorable mention- Gretzky and Roy
Boxing- I have to go with Mike Tyson. I'm sorry but that motherfucker was scary in his prime and when he was focused, there was not a man alive that could go toe to toe with him. Not one.
Honorable mention- Evander Holyfield and Ali
Soccer- Fuck soccer.

I have to agree with just about all of these except for football. I imagine if everyone else on the field was as coked up as LT then he may not have been quite so badass. I have to go with Jim Brown. He dominated in a totally different era when the game wasn't so penalty conscious. Guys went after his knees and balls and hit him out of bounds every chance they had to try anything to slow him down and nothing worked. Everyone says he retired too early but when you really do the math, 9 years of football the way it was played back then equates to about 12-14 seasons nowadays if you ask me.

Yeah, football was tough since it's probably my favorite. I could've put up about 30 guys. Jim Brown is on that list, but I went with guys that I actually got to watch. It's a shame I wasn't old enough to see JB play!
