"The studio best known for creating Transformers titles War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron appears to be tackling a game from Marvel Comics next.
At next week's San Diego Comic Con, Activision hosts a panel called "Marvel Video Games" where we'll learn about the Marvel Heroes MMO from Gazillion Entertainment and Avengers: Battle for Earth from Ubisoft. We'll also hear about future Marvel games, including a planned announcement from High Moon Studios. Any guesses?

"This morning, I unexpectedly received the first result from my ongoing Google Alert for "hitman monkey video game." Playing as a well-trained assassin in games is always fun. Monkeys are awesome. The combination of these two facts sounds ripe for an awesome video game. If you take a look at hitmonkeygame.com, you'll see that such a title is currently in development at High Moon Studios.
Other than one teaser image and a 2013 release date, little is known about the project. It's based on the Marvel comic series, which follows a Japanese Macaque that learns his deadly trade by observing a human hitman. High Moon has demonstrated that they can take great care of an IP thanks to their work on the Transformers games, and we can expect the same love to go into Hit Monkey. Today's news has me interested in checking out the comics, and certainly has me excited for the upcoming Activision-published title."-gameinformer

We learned earlier this month that High Moon Studios is working with a Marvel franchise, and it looks like it's a Deadpool game.

Deadpool is one of my all time favorites, glad to see there is a game being made! I hope they work hard and make it a masterpiece. Haven't played a good marvel game since Ultimate Alliance and Ultimate Alliance 2!
