"Kretical"

It's a purposely misspelled way of saying Critical. My friends and I were "forbidaden" to play D&D. We made our own paper RPG and used the basic die set. We would use D20 and a character I made would have a perk of hitting Critical Hits with a die roll of 17-20. I would always seem to hit 17 and 18. It was a natural flow for me to get a few critical hits per battle.

So yeah, thus is the tale... and something about Tacos..

I was in a clan that my friend made up, the Season clan. So I came up with GunzBlazn and just added Season to the end. I want to change my gamertag, I just don't have the MS points right now.

During the Summer of '08, I made my XBL account. It had a 48hr gold trial activated on it and I was dominating the Halo3 multiplayer. Once I finished a couple of matches my father wanted to add a 3month to his GT, and redeemed the code right away (on my GT). He renamed my GT lazarus923, and I was shocked that he changed my name (thecursedchuro), and after an hour or so of arguing I explained to him that it was my GT and not his. I haven't wasted any $ to change it and never will.

I might have posted here before, but I am pretty sure I've changed it since then so I'll tell the story behind this one.

My best friend who got me into Xbox has the GamerTag Gunz N Gravy and I always liked it, but it was his and it always drove me nuts when friends had almost identical GTs so I didn't make mine Guns N Gravy with an S for that reason. Eventually he learned how to hack Gamerscore on the computer and I guess he thought Microsoft wouldn't notice him jumping from 34,000G to over 100,000G in one day. His account got reset and he just stopped using it. So instead of taking his account I finally made my own similar one.

Exactly as Meta says. Alot of people read them, look at the thread views and you can see that. 648 posts, but 20,626 views. I post in the thread every once in a while, just not often.

Hence the reason I think clans are fucking stupid. Why pay $10 to add the clan name to your GT, just to change it again, for another $10, if you leave the clan, get kicked out, or the clan changes its name.

Mine is basically because I love horror movies, Zombies in particular, and I was too drunk and tired when I signed up for live to come up with better. It's a play on Stubbs the zombie, in case that isn't obvious. And i didn't want something numbered.
I'll change it eventually to something zombie related that sounds better, but I haven't come up with something that isn't taken.

There's some interesting names and reasons here.

A little bit behind mine: It was actually supposed to be ModernKnight87 (my typical name) but someone had ModernKnight87 when I signed up for xbox live, so I used ModernNite87 instead.

Back in the medieval days knights wore shinning armor and traveled around by horse back. To me the definition of a knight this day and age is a Army/Marine Soldier. They carry large amounts of weight and gear in their assault packs/ruck sacks. Instead of a horse, the choice of travel is vehicle (typically a Bradley, LAV, HUMVEE, Stryker, or MRAP), in my case it was the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank (Which was my original job) or Stryker (when I got stationed in Alaska, there was no M1A1's there, so we rolled in Strykers, and I went from being a tanker to infantry, doing the same exact thing every infantryman does, but without the title. The MOS was the only thing that separated me from 11B, was that I was still a 19K, but did an 11B job.)

So hopefully that wasn't too confusing, and perhaps a good way to look at things. :)
