okay well im usually here so if you need anything then just ask

you need to buy a new drive that is the exact same as the one that needs to be replaced so if you have a plds 74 you need to buy that and make the fw match also then see that guide and it will explain on how to swap it

when you open your drive up and take the metal caseing off it on the bottom theres a green circuitboard that has the drive key(its just codeing that connects the drive to the xbox)
